"I was given the opportunity to try a dish the owner is thinking of adding to the menu. It’s a chicken fried chicken covered with a crawfish ettouffe sauce that is made with Pinot Grigio. It is amazing! I hope to see this one added to the menu, it maybe my favorite dish."

"No thrills, no frills. Solid food. In a pinch, this will save the day with a ton of options on the buffet for vegetarians, carnivores and dieters. Too boot, many things (fried fish, chicken nuggets) were actually really good. Inexpensive. Sweet staff. Can’t beat it."

"Super Friendly customer service. Saw chargrilled oysters on the menu in a random FB post. Had to throw my coat on and drive to Caldwell and see for myself. Must less expensive than most CGO you find. And good. Garlic butter and parmesan melted on top. Great flavor without driving to the Houston area."

"Daughter found this place while we were visiting Caldwell. Great options and tasty food on the buffet. Waitress was nice and polite. They egg rolls are a mystery to me."
